KEY TERMS 

 

Dessie Creative Studios, affiliated entities, and is referred to herein as "Dessie creative Studios," "designer," "the designer," "I," "we," or "our."

 

"Content" means logos, design, text, graphics, images, software, audio, video, works of authorship of any kind, and information and other materials that are posted, generated, provided, or otherwise available through or on the Site.

 

"Site" means the website dessiecreativestudios.com, including all of its domains and subparts.

 

"Terms" refers to the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use.

 

"User" means any visitor to the Site, regardless of whether the visitor registers for the Site or purchases any products from the Site and is referred to herein as "User," "The Client," "Client," or "you."

 

"Content" refers to any photographs, comments, video clips, or other Content that Users, including you, may upload to the Site. Content includes, without limitation, User Content. We do not claim any ownership rights in any User Content and nothing in these Terms will be deemed to restrict any rights a User may have to use and exploit their own User Content.

 

It is recommended that you thoroughly read these terms prior to contact or purchase of projects. By purchasing, you agree to the terms and conditions listed below. This agreement has been made by and between the “Client” and the “Dessie Creative Studios” for protection. In consideration of the mutual agreement made herein, both parties agree as follows:

 

PAYMENT 

 

100% of the total cost is required before starting any work. Payments can be made on the site dessiecreativestudios.com through Paypal, debit/credit cards, or another agreed-upon payment option. All prices are in US dollars unless another currency is agreed upon beforehand. Prices are subject to change, with updates shown promptly on the website. For custom services, pricing adjustments may occur, and you will be informed in advance.

 

LATE FEES 

 

Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive a comprehensive welcome sheet from Dessie Creative Studios. This document has tasks you need to complete within 72 hours. If you can't meet the deadline, please contact Dessie Creative Studios quickly to prevent extra charges. Please be advised that failure to provide the required information within 15 days will regrettably lead to the cancellation of services without the possibility of a refund. 

 

QUESTIONNAIRE 

 

The client must complete the questionnaire accurately and thoroughly within a 72-hour timeframe. Dessie Creative Studios will not be responsible for any inaccuracies or spelling errors in the client's responses. Additionally, any design requests not specified in the questionnaire will result in a $15 revision fee for each new adjustment.

 

COMMUNICATION 

 

At Dessie Creative Studios, we value effective communication to ensure a smooth and timely design process for our clients. To streamline our interactions, all communication will be conducted via email. We aim to respond to all inquiries and messages from Monday to Friday within 72 hours. 

 

It is crucial for clients to engage in timely communication for the successful completion of their projects within the agreed timeframe. Upon receiving proofs for review, clients are kindly requested to provide feedback, approvals, or revisions within 72 hours. In the event of no response within 7 days of proof delivery, Dessie Creative Studios reserves the right to finalize the proof. Upon completion, the proof will be labeled as finished and sent to the client. The order will not be resumed unless agreed upon by Dessie Creative Studios and/or for an additional fee.

 

PROOFS

 

Upon completion and delivery of the project files to you, (excluding proof files), you acquire the rights to your purchase. No further alterations will be made after the final copies are provided to the client. Proofs are solely intended for approval and should not be altered, duplicated, or utilized by the client. All Proofs are under the ownership of Dessie Creative Studios. All designs, concepts, ideas, sketches, artwork, and digital files produced for the project remain the property and copyright of the designer.

 

REVISIONS 

 

Revisions entail minor adjustments in element placement, font changes (unless customized or fully animated), and slight color modifications. These revisions are aimed at small design tweaks and do not involve a complete overhaul, new concept, or any changes requiring additional research. Any modifications beyond the original order form may incur revision fees.

 

All artwork, such as logos, business cards, thank you cards, and flyers, are provided with three complimentary revisions. If more than three revisions are needed, a fee of $15 or more per revision will be applied and must be paid before any further revisions are carried out.

 

For websites, each page design includes three free revisions. Any additional revisions requested beyond the three complimentary rounds will incur a fee of $15 per revision. Please note that this fee must be paid before any revisions are made. Changes not listed in the original order form may cause delays. The client is accountable for the accuracy of spelling, dates, information, and wording in all designs, unless otherwise specified. Revisions are exclusively conducted during the creation phase, and the turnaround time depends on the nature of the revision.

 

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

 

Dessie Creative Studios has a strict no-refund policy for any series of projects or services, unless mutually agreed upon, particularly after work (including proofs) has commenced or labor has begun. Refunds will not be issued due to client's buyer's remorse. Once payment is processed, the project starts and the final design is delivered within the specified turnaround time. In the event of a dispute during the project, the order will be canceled, and no drafts or final projects will be provided. All designs, concepts, sketches, and digital files created for the project remain the property and copyright of the designer. Dessie Creative Studios will not refund any payment unless unable to complete the project due to personal reasons, sickness, or injury. Once the final files are delivered, no refunds or reimbursements will be made.

 

TIMEFRAME 

 

Keep in mind that turnaround times can change with specials, sales, and a high volume of orders. It's also important to note that revision time is not included in the turnaround time. Brand Identity typically takes between 4-6 weeks to complete. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in this timeframe. Branding Assets such as logos, business cards, loyalty cards, brochures, receipts, and flyers takes between seven business days to complete. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in this timeframe. Web Design takes between 4-6 weeks to complete. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in this timeframe. Social Media Designs such as flyers and highlight covers takes between seven business days to complete. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in this timeframe. 

 

DELIVERABLES AND FILES 

 

When you approve the design after revisions, it means you are satisfied with the final work and the design project is considered finished. Dessie Creative Studios will provide you with the final files as outlined in the project details. Once you receive these files, except for draft files, you own the rights to them. No further changes will be made once the final copies are given to you. It's important to store these files safely as Dessie Creative Studios is not liable for any loss or damage to them. Dessie Creative Studios may showcase the designs on their platforms and website for display and promotional purposes.

 

BUSINESS HOURS 

 

Our business hours are from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm Central Time, Monday through Friday. For any communication outside these hours, we will to respond to all inquiries and messages within 72 hours from Monday to Friday.
